Check out the remix of "My Special" By Chicago's own Monte Carlo Method.

Monte Carlo Method began as an experimental project incorporating musicians and DJs in live performances. The two members, Don Williams aka Donell King and Eric Williams worked together on and off in that realm for about 7 years while concentrating on other projects. In 2006 the two of them decided to be more focused on studio and remix projects exclusively as Monte Carlo Method. Since then their remix work as been featured in Traxsource featured DJ top 10 and has had 3 different records in chart positions on the widley known music blog Spirit of House. Their most notable work has been Xavier Gold's "Walkin out the Door" remix (2007 Ruff & Tuff records), Rashaan Houston's "Happy" and "I Need to Get Away" remixes (2007 Ruff & Tuff records), Dajae and Bernard Badie's "Truth Hurts" remix (2008 Smooth Agent records), Harold Brandon's "Sign it Away" remix (2008 Consortium Muzik records) and recently Trizzona McClendon's "My Special". Their musical style draws primarily from African and Latin rhythms combined with strong song structure and arrangement. Almost all of their tracks feature live musicians along with sampled or programed instruments generally with Don laying down the beats and Eric fleshing things out playing keys, guitar, bass and even live drums on occasion. Most of their music can be described as Soulful House, but they are versatile enough to mix and span other genres. Don't be suprised to find a Downtempo, Hip Hop or other style thrown in to mix things up and push the boundaries of their creativity.
